Kathryn (Kat) Young has had multiple near-death experiences - she just didn’t know it until the ‘big one’ hit in 2015. This event changed everything for her and transformed the way she views life and death.

Today, Kat is the founder of 'Heart Your Heart with Kat', a website that reaches thousands of viewers each month, inspiring people to pursue the intuitive intelligence of the human heart.
